Facing the sun

Facing the Sun is a collaboration with Lucia Jeesun Lee

This project is a 24-hour scanning of the Sunlight in several places around the world, displaying a selection of open-source stream webcams broadcasted through the Internet.

Facing the Sun is an ongoing research project that attempts to “eternalize” the light of the Sun through the systems of contemporary communication. It represents a vision of a globalized world constantly “connected”, erasing boundaries of time and space.
